The mission experience of the home office is Holy Spirit directed, emphasizing prayer and spiritual discernment. The Biblical method is proven effective by over 40 years of successful operation.
ER's Board of Directors is a diverse group of mission-hearted
area leaders with very low turnover.
Reports are continually received from our overseas partners and graduates, with great numbers of unreached receiving Christ, being baptized, and receiving training.
ER is raising up the next generation of indigenous Christian leaders.
ER is a member in good standing of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability. This ensures that all financial policies are sound and carried out with integrity.
Because the home office is staffed by four full-time employees, the vast majority of funds donated to ER goes directly to overseas indigenous ministries.
ER's workers are nationals. No expatriate missionaries are living overseas. This is cost efficient, and easily overcomes barriers of language and/or culture.
